At 5,300 feet elevation, the air is clean, the summers are genuinely comfortable, and you're 10 minutes from Courthouse Square and Whiskey Row.

Floor plans here run 2,189 to 3,251 square feet with Capstone's standard premium spec: 3-car garages, quality cabinetry, and the kind of interior finish level that doesn't require you to do a single upgrade to feel settled in. If you've looked at Granite Dells Estates and want comparable Capstone quality in Prescott but can't wait for a Design Center build timeline, Hidden Hills is the direct alternative. The trade-off is you're not customizing the finishes — but what's been selected is already at a high level.

The neighborhood is served by Prescott Unified School District — Abia Judd Elementary, Granite Mountain Middle, and Prescott High School are all near the community, alongside trail access to the Prescott National Forest and the Granite Dells. Proximity to well-regarded schools and parks is a factor I always note because it tends to support neighborhood stability and long-term value.

I want to be honest about what this community is: it's small, it's quiet, and it's nearly sold out.
