About Skyview
Premier community in beautiful Prescott Valley featuring 6 spacious single-story floorplans. Energy-conscious construction with elevated features. Options include 3-4 car garages and RV garage configurations. Every detail designed with your lifestyle in mind.
Skyview is ECCO Homes' standalone community in Prescott Valley — completely separate from Jasper, with its own identity and a lower HOA cost structure that comes with not being tied to the J Club amenity package. That distinction matters depending on what you're looking for. If you want the resort amenities, Jasper is the answer. If you want quality ECCO construction, a flexible floor plan, and lower monthly overhead, Skyview deserves a close look.
The address at Full Quiver Trail puts you in a well-positioned part of Prescott Valley — close to the growing commercial base on Highway 69, near Fain Park, and with straightforward access to the Prescott Valley Event Center. Downtown Prescott is about 15 minutes west. Phoenix Sky Harbor is roughly 100 miles south, around a 90-minute drive — manageable for occasional trips, not designed for daily commuting.
Six single-story floor plans from 1,653 to 2,254 square feet, starting from the low $500s. The RV garage variant of the Plan 2254 is one of the more practical configurations I see in new construction — a true dedicated RV bay built into the home's footprint, not a converted side yard or detached accessory structure. For buyers with a Class A or Class C motorhome, or a fifth wheel, this is the kind of specification that's genuinely hard to find in new construction at this price level. Three- and four-car garage options on other plans cover buyers who have a boat, multiple vehicles, or just want the extra storage.
ECCO's energy-conscious build standard shows up in the utility bills. I have buyers who've moved from resale homes into ECCO construction and comment consistently on the difference in cooling costs over their first Prescott Valley summer. High-efficiency HVAC, tight envelope construction, and quality window specifications add up over time — which is a real factor for buyers thinking about long-term cost of ownership, not just the purchase price.
Lake Valley Elementary, Glassford Hill Middle, and Bradshaw Mountain High serve the Skyview address through Humboldt Unified — a slight variation from the other Prescott Valley communities, which feed into Granville Elementary. Good schools either way. If you want to compare Skyview to Jasper 7 ECCO side by side, I can walk you through both in a single day — they're worth seeing together to understand the tradeoffs.
