Jasper 3A

Jasper 3A is sold out. The final home in this phase has closed, and Capstone no longer markets Jasper 3A as a separate community. I'm keeping this page up because plenty of buyers still search for it, and because everything that made 3A popular is alive two minutes away.

If you liked what Jasper 3A offered, Capstone quality inside the 1,200-acre Jasper master-planned community with full J Club access, the two communities to look at are Jasper 3B and Jasper 8. Jasper 3B has the broadest floor plan selection Capstone currently offers. Jasper 8 is the newest phase, with decorated models open daily. Both feed the same Humboldt Unified schools, and both include the same J Club amenity package: pools, hot tub, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, fire pits, and the trail network.

Prescott Valley sits at about 5,100 feet elevation, similar four-season climate to Prescott, typically 10-15 degrees cooler than Phoenix in summer, and a real winter without the severity of Flagstaff. Downtown Prescott and Courthouse Square are 15 minutes west. Phoenix Sky Harbor is roughly 100 miles south, doable as a day trip, not a daily commute.
