Jasper 8 ECCO is a small community — 28 homesites — which is one of the first things I tell buyers who are interested in it. At that scale, it's a genuinely intimate neighborhood. You're not surrounded by 200 homes under simultaneous construction. ECCO built three decorated model homes here, so the tour experience is excellent: you walk through finished, furnished interiors and can compare how different plans actually live before you make a decision.

Options I see buyers add most often at Jasper 8 ECCO: the fireplace (standard Arizona evening on the patio in November calls for it), the expanded kitchen island (the base island is fine, the upgrade is genuinely better for entertaining), and study doors on the flex room configuration. If you need a dedicated home office with a door that closes, that option exists here without converting the floor plan in a way that compromises the rest of the layout.
